Slow Food DC Winter Potluck Celebration, January 23, 2011

Kick off the new year and join SFDC for our annual meeting and potluck. All members are welcome, as is anyone who is interested in learning more about Slow Food. Please bring a potluck item to share. Understanding that getting something local is tougher this time of year as well as times being so tough anything you can contribute to the potluck is very much appreciated. You can RSVP here.

We will also be collecting non-perishable food items to donate to the Capital Area Food Bank, to help those in need. Please click here for a list of the Food Bank’s needs. We hope to see you there!

The annual potluck is the antidote to your post-holiday blues, giving you another great opportunity to meet your fellow members and learn what SFDC has in store for 2011. Here is where and when it will be:

In the upcoming days a new post will be up about how to RSVP. Please bring a dish to pass, drinks or both! Come out and meet the Slow Food DC board members and other folks who care about good, clean, fair food! Also learn about how you can help and the committees that exist at Slow food DC.
