Chef Ken at Falls Church’s unique Open Kitchen—a restaurant, a catering kitchen, and a classroom, all in one—is offering a hands-on bread-baking class on Sunday, March 13, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Here is a great opportunity to work with a skilled chef and to learn some tricks of the baking trade.
